Membership FAQs

Our goal is to make this as convenient as possible for you, here's a few questions you may have before you get started.

Can I just use any bag?

Subscription services do require the use of our new black wash and fold bags (our old blue bags do not qualify for membership usage and an additional fee will be applied for oversized bags.) Don't worry, each membership does include at least one bag, additional bags may be purchased for $9.99 each. Bags must be able to be pulled closed so that no items fall out of bags. Overflowing bags will be charged the per lb rate for anything that exceeds the bags ability to close.

How will I get my bags to send my first order?

When you place your first order simply select how many wash and fold bags you would like, you will be charged for any bags over the included amount at that time. If we have a driver in your area the day before your first pick up we will leave them at your door to use. If we are not able to deliver them just bag up your laundry in standard kitchen garbage bags and we will pick them up.

Will I have to pay anything at the time my order is picked up?

Yes, at this time pick up and delivery fees are not included in the membership price so you will be charged for those at the time of service. In addition, if you select any modifiers that have an added charge or add on any of our bags you will be charged at the time of service for those as well.

Will I need to sign up every month and schedule my pick ups?

No you will not need to sign up for the membership each month, it will automatically renew until you cancel it. As for scheduling your pick ups you have two options;

1. You can schedule your pick ups as you need them, you are not required to use them all at one time or limited to how many a week you can have. If you realize you need a pick up tomorrow just hop on and schedule it, however many bags you send will be deducted from your total alllotment.
2. You can create a recurring pick up, simply select how often you want your laundry picked up and which day of the week you want us to pick it up and let us handle the rest. Simply set it and forget it....well, don't completely forget it we need you to remember to set out your laundry. But don't worry! We will send you a text reminder the day before and if you need to skip that pick up you can simply click the link and tell us to skip you that week.
